Returns Policy

Our in store and online return policy is 30 days for store credit or exchange only. We do not process in store or online refunds.

Please note that any items bought at a discount are final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit. Gift cards are final sale with no refunds or cancellations.

If your item was shipped, you have 30 days from the order ship date to receive store credit.

Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are final sale. All apothecary, beauty products, intimates, jewelry, swimwear, hats, sunglasses, hair accessories, and special orders are final sale.

We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return Label for Items That Need to Be Shipped Back

Please email hello@theparkedit.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return, accompanied by a photo. You will receive an email within 24 hours of your request.

Please pack your returned item in a box or padded mailer. You may request a return label from us for a $10 deduction from your store credit amount. All shipping fees are non refundable.

Late Returns

Any returns received more than 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return or store credit and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our store
